    GETTING STARTED

    Everyone’s path at Crossfit SoCo will be different, depending on your current fitness capacity, goals and preferences.  We offer Group training and one-on-one Personal training.

    Introductory Sessions

    New members can choose to complete three fundamental sessions with a trainer before joining our group training classes but this is not a requirement.  During these sessions you will learn the fundamental movements used in CrossFit training; squat, front squat, overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo-deadlift high pull and kipping pull-ups.

    Group Classes

    Classes are offered M-Fr and Sat. Please see schedule for class times.  CrossFit SoCo follows a three days on, one day off, two days on, one day off week.  We believe by having a set schedule this will help you be more consistent with your workouts and allow you to schedule your week a bit better.  We do offer classes on Thursday which is considered a rest day for most.  We understand life can get in the way of our schedule so this is provided if you miss a day.

    Members will pay a monthly membership and be able to attend any group training session that fits within their schedule.  All members will be instructed by a CrossFit SoCo coach who will lead the class through mobility drills, a skills-based warm-up, and the Workout of the Day or WOD.

    Pricing: 

    • 1 x week @  $65 month
    • 2 x week @  $85 month
    • 3 x week @  $105 month
    • Unlimited @ $135 month
    • Family @     $199 month with each additional member $50
