Sean Turner

Sean has been following the CrossFit methodology for about five years, but it wasn't until joint a CrossFit Affiliate did he realize the immense benefits of being a part of the "community". To be able to workout with friends and be coached is the greatest environment for improvement. "It's a world apart from your typical 'Globo-Gym' and I'll never go back." With some coaching and friendly competition at the box, Sean competed at the 2010 CrossFit Games Affiliate cup with Flatirons CrossFit and has been hooked ever since.
Sean enjoys competing in CrossFit Competitions (Colorado Games 2010 -10th place, Pilgrim Wars 2010 - 4th place), mountain biking, snowboarding, and hiking. He also served five years in the US Navy, grinding through multiple deployments, developing an appreciation for freedom.
As a coach, Sean thrives off the energy of his athletes. "I love it when people are willing to push themselves past their previously perceived limits. They always come out alive on the other side, fitter and more confident." Sean's primary goal is to become the best CrossFit coach he can be, committed to constantly learning and adapting from other coaches and athletes.

Andrew Buck

Started CrossFit in 2009 after returning from a deployment to Afghanistan and my ‘soon to be wife’ wanted to get me out of the house and acclimated with civilization again. I had always enjoyed working out and competition. In high school I was in sports all year round playing soccer, basketball and running track. During my 4 years in college I fell away from sports and focused on my academic endeavors and social academia. After commissioning into the military and moving to Colorado I continued my love of general fitness and sport by studying Japanese Jujitsu under Joe Aldrige and competing in jujitsu tournaments. Once I started CrossFit I saw my capacity to do work change drastically for the better. It also kindled a fire for knowledge on how to train smarter and more efficiently. My wife and I then perused several CrossFit certifications to enhance our knowledge of training, diet and programming.
As a coach and athlete I strive to set the example, show the way, and create a positive environment at in and out of the gym. Some of my hobbies are snowboarding, soccer, and of course CrossFit. I am also a father of one and a husband to a wonderful wife.

Adam Romine

Adam grew up playing sports from a young age. When he wasn't playing football, baseball, soccer or basketball, he was water skiing at the lake. In 2001, Adam took a job as a police officer, then detective, in Colorado Springs. Shift work, a desk job and long hours took it's toll, and Adam put on extra weight and got out of shape.
In 2007, after watching two fellow officers killed in the line of duty the previous year, Adam decided it was time to make a change and get back in shape. He tried the typical weightlifting routines you find in all the magazines and wasn't getting the kind of results he wanted. Then a friend introduced him to CrossFit and he never looked back.
Since that time, Adam has gotten into the best shape of his life. He is stronger, faster and leaner than he has ever been. Adam loves to share his passion not only with the people he coaches at the gym, but also with the Colorado Springs Police Department as an NSCA certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning facilitator. When not at the gym or work, Adam loves watching his two kids who are competitive gymnasts, camping with his family, mountain biking and golfing.
