Introductory Sessions for CrossFit Side
***Kickboxing, Spinning and Yoga members are not required to take classes to start***
New members who would like to participate in the CrossFit workouts must complete three fundamental sessions with a trainer before joining our group training classes unless you have done CrossFit before at another gym which you can then "test out" of our Intro classes. During these three sessions you will learn the fundamental movements used in CrossFit training; squat, front squat, overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo-deadlift high pull, kipping pull-ups along with several other key movements.
We offer these classes for Free with your membership on Mon, Wed and Friday at 6:00 pm every other week. Please see our schedule page for a list of when our next Intro Classes will be held.
If you cannot make the above time, we do offer a one-on-one class scheduled around what works for you, just give us a call or email to set up a time and date. A $100 Fee is Applied for one-on one.
