As a team of 4, complete a total of 1776 Reps from all the following movements:
Box Jumps 24/20″
Wall Balls 20/14
Slam Balls 30/20
DB Push Press 45/35
2 partners may work at a time, but everyone must work together on the same movement and move to the next one together.
No more than 200 reps of any movements
Each partner must complete 10 reps of each movement.
