5 Minute Max Meters On Bike

-Rest 1 Minute

5 Minutes Max Meters On Rower

-Rest 3 Minutes Between Sets-
Goal for today is to practice consistency and pacing.

Ideally, the meters for each bike will be as similar as possible for set 1 and set 2 and then each row will be as similar as possible for set 1 and 2.

Score = Meters difference from set 1 & 2.

Round 2 = Rower
