There are 168 hours in a week. Most people spend less than 3% of their time in the gym. The reality is that a flat stomach is not a function of training. For most people, the key to building a “dream body” is controlling their eating habits outside of the gym. "I started in January and would google movements before class so I didn’t feel dumb during the workout. I stopped doing that after a couple days. Neither the coaches nor the members ever made me feel silly for not knowing a movement. Instead they help you with form and technique. I’ve gone nearly every day since and use muscles I didn’t know I had. If you’re thinking about doing CrossFit, I highly recommend joining this gym. Although I’ve only been a member here, several members in the 5a class switched gyms to come to SoCo. Take that for what it is."

Super simple! Just click Get Started anywhere on the page to book your free intro session, where you’ll get to tour the gym & meet our coaches. We will chat about your current and desired situation to see if we can help and if we are a good fit for each other.

When you start at CrossFit SoCo, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to seeing results is consistency and commitment over time, so we recommend three classes per week as a start!

Yes! We provide guidance on eating right or sleeping well, which can help maximize energy levels – getting YOU maximum results from your efforts.

Nope! Every member’s fitness journey is unique. We conduct thorough fitness assessments for each new member, ensuring our workouts are universally scaled to accommodate different fitness levels. Each workout and movement is catered to you as an individual.

As a locally owned establishment, we are purposefully designed to make a positive impact on the health and happiness of Colorado Springs and its surrounding area. Come check out why we’ve been able to help out hundreds of members over the years. 

Our programming is designed to be exciting, challenging, and diverse, ensuring a fun and engaging experience. Workouts are published in advance, providing you with the opportunity to plan and prepare. While some days are focused on building strength, with exercises like barbell squats, kettlebell swings, and occasional Olympic lifts, our training regimen covers a wide range of movements to keep you motivated and constantly progressing.

Qualified coaches lead each class. We always start with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles used in the workout.
The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will guide and provide instruction.


We will cool down together at the end of class to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury.
