Medley 1:
In 60 seconds:
Arm over arm sled pull
Sprint down and back
Farmers carry down and back
Max burpees over farmers
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Medley 2:
In 60 seconds
3 DB clean and press/ side
3 Axle GTO
Max burpees over axle
Athletes will have 5 minutes to setup at the medley with their group, then in 17 minutes they will take turns competing 5 max effort 1 minute medley attempts, then switch medleys with their group.
Stress that this is MAX EFFORT work, resting for 2 minutes between attempts at least
